↪ Trinsin’s Terms of Service
Last updated: January 7, 2026This agreement is between the Artist (me) and the Client (you) for creative services performed on a project known as the Work. By ordering, you confirm you have read and agree to the Terms of Service.I provide digital artwork and/or voice work based on the Client’s request and provided references, within my style and abilities. I reserve the right to refuse any commission that exceeds my skills, capacity or comfort level.

CONTENT GUIDELINES
I CAN CREATE
✓ Original Characters, Fanart and stylized artwork of real people
✓ Humanoid/Kemonomimi
✓ All ages (minors depicted in SFW content only)
✓ All ship types, including yumeship and fanart shipping (OC × Canon, Canon × Canon, OC × OC)
✓ All genders and gender expressions
✓ Decorative elements (flowers, props, backgrounds, etc.)
✓ NSFW (within stated limits)
✓ All variations of human genitalia (adult characters only)I WILL NOT CREATE
I reserve the right to decline any request or subject matter that I am not comfortable creating, even if it is not explicitly listed below:
✗ NSFW involving minors
✗ Snuff or extreme gore
✗ Vomit, urine, scat, vore, inflation, fetishized odors

ARTWORK
Artwork Commission Process
1) Client submits request form with project details
2) Order confirmation and PayPal invoice is sent
3) Sketch phase begins
4) Sketch review and revisions (up to 2)
5) Rendering phase
6) Rendering review and revisions (minor corrections only)
7) Final review

VOICE ACTING
Voice Acting Process
1) Client submits request form with project details and confirms whether the script is provided by the Client or written by the Artist
If the script is provided by the Client:

If the script is provided by the Artist:

DELIVERY
Please note the following regarding delivery:

── .✦ Files will be delivered in standard formats appropriate to the commission unless otherwise agreed upon
── .✦ No physical products will be shipped
PAYMENT, DEADLINES AND REFUNDS
Payment
── .✦ Payment is via PayPal invoice
── .✦ 100% payment upfront is required for both artwork and voice acting commissions
── .✦ For large or complex Artwork Commissions: 50% upfront + 50% after Final Review
── .✦ Final delivery will not be provided until full payment has been received
Deadlines
── .✦ Completion time varies depending on complexity and will be communicated clearly at the start of the project
── .✦ Harassment or pressure regarding deadlines may result in project cancellation
Force majeure
── .✦ Delays caused by illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond my control will be communicated as soon as possible
── .✦ In such a case, I reserve the right to extend the timeline by up to 30 days beyond the original estimate without obligation to issue a refund
── .✦ If delays exceed 30 days, the Client may request a refund, which will be evaluated based on the stage of completion
Refunds
── .✦ No refunds are possible after work begins unless initiated by the Artist
── .✦ I reserve the right to cancel the commission if the Client behaves inappropriately or violates these Terms of Service
── .✦ Any refund, if applicable, will be issued at my discretion depending on the stage of completion
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE
I retain full copyright and ownership of the Work.
I reserve the right to:
── .✦ Post, display, and promote the Work on websites, social media, and portfolios
── .✦ Use commissions as samples or examples
── .✦ Repurpose unused sketches or process work for personal or future projects
── .✦ Commercial use requires an additional fee and must be discussed before work begins
── .✦ Unless requested otherwise prior to starting, the process and/or final Work may be posted on platforms such as Bluesky, Twitch, YouTube or other social media platforms
CLIENT USE
The Client may:

── .✦ Share or repost the Work with proper credit
The Client may NOT:
── .✦ Use the Work commercially without permission
── .✦ Remove or alter watermarks
── .✦ Trace, edit, recolor, or claim the Work as their own
── .✦ Use the Work for NFTs or AI training (violations result in blacklisting)
